We are looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional on-site support and technical solutions for our customers. In this role, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment while ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction. You’ll serve as the face of our company in the field, combining hands-on expertise with clear communication to resolve issues efficiently and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities 

• Provide expert on-site service support including problem diagnosis, analysis, and repair services.  
• Provide product and system installation services. 
• Assume ownership of customer issues and follow through until issues are resolved. 
• Maintain appropriate levels of communication with the customer to ensure that the customer is well-informed before, during, and after service engagements. 
• Ensure that services are provided in the time frame promised to the customer, and that the quality and completeness of work performed meets or exceeds the expectations of the customer. 
• Provide feedback on product, installation, and service quality issues.  
• Provide User Application Training on proper use of safety, security, and asset Location products and system solutions provided by RF Technologies.  
• Responsible for accurate completion, timely submittal, and archival of required service documentation.   
• Maintain operational efficiencies, high uptime, and security for all company owned or managed data networks. 

Requirements 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with electronics and/or RF equipment. 
• Solid proficiencies with IT systems. 
• Low voltage systems installation and/or repair experience. 
• Ability to travel at least 80% within territory. 
• Experience with wireless networks, including setup, configuration, and testing. 
• Ability to use standard test equipment including multimeters, analyzers, and programmers.
